Importante: si eres un rider de Chile y ya tienes un cupo asignado en la clasificatoria realizada en Mayo, comunicate con el Club Sandboard Desierto Extremo – CSDE, de lo contrario puedes aplicar a un Wildcard y tu aplicación será dirigida al CSDE.

By registering for this sandboarding event, the participant (“the rider”) expressly agrees to the following terms and conditions:
Personal Responsibility
The rider acknowledges that sandboarding involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, falls, dehydration, and adverse weather conditions.
The rider voluntarily accepts full responsibility for any and all risks associated with participating in the event.
Liability Waiver
The event organizers, collaborators, sponsors, and volunteers shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, injuries, or accidents that may occur before, during, or after the event.
Medical Conditions
The rider confirms that they are in good physical and mental condition to participate and do not suffer from any medical conditions that could endanger their safety.
Use of Media
The rider authorizes the use of photographs and videos taken during the event for promotional purposes, without any financial compensation.
Compliance with Rules
The rider agrees to follow instructions given by event staff and to respect the natural environment where the activity takes place.
Acceptance
By completing the registration process, the rider confirms that they have read, understood, and fully accepted these terms and conditions.
Al inscribirse en este evento de sandboarding, el participante (“el rider”) acepta expresamente los siguientes términos y condiciones:
Responsabilidad Personal
El rider reconoce que la práctica de sandboarding conlleva riesgos inherentes, incluyendo pero no limitados a lesiones físicas, caídas, deshidratación, y condiciones climáticas adversas.
El rider asume voluntariamente todos los riesgos asociados con su participación en el evento.
Exoneración de Responsabilidad
Los organizadores del evento, colaboradores, patrocinadores y voluntarios no serán responsables por daños, pérdidas, lesiones o accidentes que puedan ocurrir antes, durante o después del evento.
Esta exoneración aplica incluso en casos de negligencia por parte de los organizadores.
Condiciones Médicas
El rider confirma que se encuentra en buen estado físico y mental para participar, y que no padece de condiciones médicas que puedan poner en riesgo su seguridad.
Uso de Imágenes
El rider autoriza el uso de fotografías y videos tomados durante el evento para fines promocionales, sin compensación económica alguna.
Cumplimiento de Normas
El rider se compromete a seguir las instrucciones del personal del evento y a respetar el entorno natural donde se realiza la actividad.
Aceptación
Al completar el proceso de inscripción, el rider confirma que ha leído, entendido y aceptado íntegramente estos términos y condiciones.
