By registering for this sandboarding event, the participant (“the rider”) expressly agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Personal Responsibility

   • The rider acknowledges that sandboarding involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, falls, dehydration, and adverse weather conditions.

   • The rider voluntarily accepts full responsibility for any and all risks associated with participating in the event.

2. Liability Waiver

   • The event organizers, collaborators, sponsors, and volunteers shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, injuries, or accidents that may occur before, during, or after the event.

3. Medical Conditions

   • The rider confirms that they are in good physical and mental condition to participate and do not suffer from any medical conditions that could endanger their safety.

4. Use of Media

   • The rider authorizes the use of photographs and videos taken during the event for promotional purposes, without any financial compensation.

5. Compliance with Rules

   • The rider agrees to follow instructions given by event staff and to respect the natural environment where the activity takes place.

6. Acceptance

   • By completing the registration process, the rider confirms that they have read, understood, and fully accepted these terms and conditions.
